2-Structural Features
·Connection Type: Both ends are equipped with stainless steel welded pipe nozzles, suitable for butt-weld connection with seamless instrument steel pipes in power plants. The installation is convenient with strong sealing performance, fully complying with the installation standards of steam-water sampling pipelines.
·Actuation and Control Structure: Driven by an electromagnetic coil, enabling automatic ON/OFF control through electrical signals. The valve body features a compact structure and fast response action, allowing rapid shut-off of the medium passage under abnormal operating conditions.
·Valve Body Material: The entire valve body is forged from 304/316 stainless steel with a pressure rating of PN25, offering corrosion resistance and high-pressure resistance, suitable for high-temperature/high-pressure steam-water and clean process media applications.
·Core Function: Specifically designed for power plant steam-water sampling systems, featuring dual functions of overpressure protection and automatic shut-off. When the sample water pressure rises abnormally, the protection valve automatically closes to prevent high-pressure media from impacting and damaging downstream online analytical instruments (such as conductivity analyzers, pH meters, dissolved oxygen analyzers, etc.). It is a critical protective component for the safe operation of instrumentation systems.

1.Electric Power & Energy Industry (Core Application)
