Cabinet-type integrated design, integrating sampling pretreatment, constant temperature unit, analytical detection, electric control system and signal output into one closed cabinet. 3. Working Principle
Continuously collect condensate water sample from condenser outlet via bypass. After filtration, pressure stabilization and constant temperature pretreatment, sample enters sodium ion analytical unit for real-time continuous detection of sodium ion concentration. Once condenser heat exchange tube leaks, cooling seawater or infiltrated water enters condensate, sodium ion value rises instantly, the device triggers sound-light alarm and uploads signal immediately, helping operators quickly locate leakage and avoid large-area corrosion and scaling of steam-water system.
