1. Overall Structural Form
Skid-mounted integrated base design. Chemical tank, agitator, metering pump, pipeline valve group, filter, safety valve and control cabinet are all integrated on common steel base. Delivered as complete set with modular skid mounting; on-site only needs connecting chemical inlet, process pipeline and power supply.

3. Working Principle
Chemicals are stored in anticorrosive tank and stirred evenly, then quantitatively sent by metering pump into boiler feed water, boiler water and circulating cooling water systems. Online instruments collect real-time water quality indexes, and PLC automatically adjusts dosing frequency and flow to stably control water pH, alkalinity and oxygen content, inhibiting pipeline scaling, corrosion and microbial growth, realizing unattended full-automatic dosing operation.
