3. Working Principle
Industrial oxygen passes through high pressure reduction, purification filtration and pressure stabilization, then is precisely micro-regulated and injected into once-through boiler feed water pipeline. Accurately control feed water dissolved oxygen to form dense passivation oxide film on pipeline inner wall, restrain flow accelerated corrosion and oxide deposition, reduce blockage risk of boiler orifice plate and heating surface, and maintain long-term safe and economic operation of high parameter steam-water system.
