Integrated skid-mounted design. Stainless steel circulation water tank, centrifugal circulation pump, plate heat exchanger, pipeline valve group, electric control cabinet and online monitoring instruments are all integrated on one base. Plug-and-play modular complete system without complicated secondary on-site assembly.
2.Core Components & Functions
1:Stainless steel closed water tank Store high-purity desalted water, isolate air to avoid water oxidation and guarantee cooling medium cleanliness.
2:Liquid level monitoring instrument Real-time water level monitoring with high/low liquid level alarm interlock.
3:Water quality / temperature sensor Monitor desalted water conductivity and temperature to ensure cooling medium quality.
4:Filter Block pipeline impurities and protect circulation pump and rear precision instruments.
5:Circulation centrifugal pump Provide closed circulation power for desalted water and continuously deliver to sampling coolers.

3.Working Principle
High-temperature and high-pressure steam, boiler water, feedwater, and condensate samples are extracted from various thermal equipment units of the power plant and first enter the high-temperature/high-pressure sampling panel for shut-off, pressure reduction, two-stage cooling, and filtration pretreatment.
The samples are then delivered to the low-temperature/low-pressure instrument panel for pressure stabilization, flow stabilization, and flow distribution. One stream is directed to online analytical instruments for real-time continuous monitoring of steam-water quality, while another stream is supplied for manual laboratory sampling and analysis.
The entire system operates in a fully enclosed condition with constant temperature, constant pressure, and constant flow, enabling real-time supervision of steam-water quality parameters and preventing boiler scaling, pipeline corrosion, and steam turbine salt deposition.
3-Application in Russian Petrochemical & Energy Industry
1.Petrochemical & natural gas processing plants Provide constant-temperature high-purity cooling water for online analytical systems of process media in refineries and LNG plants. National energy projects such as Yamal LNG and Amur Gas Processing Plant all adopt such skid-mounted cooling devices with large order volume.
2.Thermal power & cogeneration plants (core application) Standard supporting host of power plant centralized steam-water sampling system; all sampling coolers in the whole plant are uniformly supplied by this device. One complete closed cooling device is standard for each generating unit above 200MW. Large demand exists in renovation of old power stations and new-built regional thermal plants in Russia.
3.Coal chemical & fine chemical industry Used in corrosive medium sampling systems of ammonia synthesis, methanol and coking units. Closed desalted water avoids scaling and blockage of cooling coils and greatly extends service life of sampling equipment.
