1.Overall Structural Form
Adopts split modular structure, composed of two main units: high temperature & high pressure sampling rack and low temperature & low pressure instrument panel. The whole frame and pipeline adopt stainless steel layout, factory pre-assembled as a complete set with modular installation. On-site construction only needs to connect process sampling ports, cooling water source, power supply and signal lines, no scattered parts assembly required. Suitable for standardized machine room layout of power stations.
2. Core Components & Functions
1:High temperature & high pressure sampling pipeline assembly Collect high-temperature and high-pressure steam & water samples from boilers, steam turbines, deaerators, high/low pressure heaters and other thermal equipment.
2:High pressure globe valve & needle valve group Realize on/off of each sample water circuit, maintenance isolation and manual throttling regulation.
3:Double-coil cooler Rapidly reduce temperature of high-temperature samples down to the allowable measuring range of instruments.
4:High pressure filter Block impurities and rust in steam & water, protect rear instruments and precision pipelines from blockage.
5:Pressure reducing & stabilizing valve group Gradually reduce medium pressure and stabilize working pressure to ensure stable flow rate.
6:Constant flow flowmeter Accurately control sample water flow of each circuit to keep stable measuring conditions for online instruments.

3.Working Principle
High-temperature & high-pressure steam, boiler water, feed water and condensate water are led out from each thermal equipment. Samples firstly enter the high temperature & high pressure sampling rack for cut-off, pressure reduction, two-stage cooling and filtration pretreatment; then sent to the low temperature & low pressure instrument panel for pressure stabilization and flow distribution. One path goes to online analytical instruments for real-time continuous steam-water quality monitoring; another path is reserved for manual laboratory sampling. The whole system operates fully closed with constant temperature, constant pressure and constant flow, to monitor steam-water indexes in real time and prevent boiler scaling, pipeline corrosion and turbine salt deposition.
